Deliveries Fees

Wiggle Worm Parties will deliver, set up, and break down your party package for a minimum $10 fee. A surcharge of .59 cents per mile is used for distances beyond the round trip ten dollar/16 mile difference.

Times

No more 3 hour time limits! Use the play equipment from the start of your event until pick up between 5pm to 8pm. 

We will arrive with ample time to set up, so the play area is ready when your event begins. Please be aware set up and break down times may take 1-4 hours depending on package size and set-up location. 

Pick up times may vary, but we may need to
retrieve the equipment as early as 5pm due to other obligations. We will contact you before delivery and before pick up to ensure we don't disturb you or your guest.

Locations

All of our party packages can be set up indoors or outdoors.  We set up in parks, patios, backyards, dance studios, or even on your living room floor. Please measure your space to ensure that you have enough room. We can modify the dimensions of our packages to fit most spaces. Just ask!

The Florida sun can cause the equipment to become very hot; especially in the summer months. We provide tent rentals to protect your little ones from the heat. If you prefer not to rent tents, we strongly recommend you set up indoors or in the shade.

Deposits


All parties are subject to a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure your party date. Your party is not booked until you accept your quote and your deposit is paid. We do book quickly! Reserve your date early to ensure availability. Party requests the week of the event will require for the party to be paid in full before delivery.
